Dancing Rain betting odds

Dancing Rain is a horse with great potential having performed with credit on her three career starts to date. Semi-big things were almost always expected from the £200,000 sister of Captain Dancer and she has progressed significantly from finishing second in a Yarmouth maiden on her first start. Dancing Rain also finished second in her Epsom Oaks preparation and now heads to the Classic with solid each-way claims.
Haggas influence to have impact on Epsom Oaks odds
Trainer William Haggas does not send horses to Epsom for either the Oaks or the Derby if he does not believe they have a genuine chance. His only Derby runner to date was Shaamit in 1996 and the horse went on to win. Dancing Rain is Haggas’ first ever Oaks contender and should be suited to the fast pace that is likely to be set at Epsom, while the trainer is of the belief that the filly will see out the 1m4f trip.
